Using the g2a platform constitutes your full acceptance of these terms. By accessing, browsing, or creating an account, you are entering into this agreement.
To use g2a, you must:

- Must be a resident of Bangladesh and legally permitted to use the platform
- A valid mobile number and proof of identity are required
- Only one account per person is permitted
If you do not meet these requirements, please refrain from using the platform. g2a reserves the right to close any ineligible user's account at any time without prior notice.

When creating an account on g2a, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
A national ID or passport may be required for account verification. Withdrawals may be delayed if this verification process is not completed.
Password & Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Never share your password or PIN with anyone.
If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, report it immediately to [email protected]. g2a is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use.
Platform Usage Rules
The g2a platform may only be used for lawful and ethical purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Abusing bonus offers or gaining an unfair advantage through fraudulent means
- Using automated software or bots for betting or gaming
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
- Stealing account information from other users or engaging in fraudulent activity
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's technical systems
Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed above may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.
Payment & Transaction Terms
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
All transactions on g2a are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally processed instantly.
Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Without verification, withdrawal requests may be delayed. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are specified in the platform's guidelines.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers at g2a come with their own wagering requirements. A specified amount must be wagered before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Using the same bonus multiple times or across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be voided and the account suspended.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Other Important Matters

G2a is not liable for any financial losses caused by temporary platform unavailability, technical issues, or disruptions to third-party services.
Participation in betting or gaming is entirely at the user's own risk. g2a makes no guarantees regarding winning or losing outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the g2a platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of g2a.
Copying, republishing, or commercially using any part of the platform without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
G2a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.
Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
Third-Party Links & Services
The g2a platform uses third-party payment gateways and services, each governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
G2a is not responsible for the quality or security of third-party services. Users are advised to review the terms of any third-party providers as well.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
G2a reserves the right to update these terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform.
Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
